With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients.

Emma's journey began in 2003 as a P.A. to a regional director, managing P&L's and handling Ombudsman complaints. In 2004, she expanded her role to include mortgage packaging and offer chasing. By 2005, she became a sales negotiator, arranging viewings, managing diaries, and delivering client feedback. In 2006, Emma advanced to sales manager.

In 2009, Emma transitioned to lettings, mastering legislation, accounts payable, maintenance concerns, and tenancy preparation. By 2011, she managed a portfolio of 196 files and trained an apprentice tenancy manager. In 2016, she became head of property management, overseeing a team of three.

In 2017, Emma played a key role in a company rebrand and became branch manager, responsible for six staff members and overseeing sales, lettings, and property management. In 2022, she launched her own estate agency in Havering, Essex.

Emma is dedicated to providing top-tier service, helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She believes that while anyone can become an estate agent, truly understanding clients' needs and helping them move onto the next chapter of their lives is what sets her apart.
